Why work with us?

Are you a motivated, hard working and enthusiastic person who loves working as part of a team? We are always looking for good people to support and join us.

At Emily’s Hope we pride ourselves on being a team where you will be valued as a professional member of our dedicated family.

Our vision is that every individual, staff member and client, receives professional support and positive connections throughout their journey, and for them to experience real inclusion and acceptance as they develop.

What makes Emily’s Hope unique is our commitment to others:

  • We operate fully from an ‘others centric’ approach – client-focused (child, young adult, adult) and team-focused (directors, leaders, staff, and volunteers)
  • We demonstrate genuine empathy and understanding, without judgment, through our connections with our clients
  • We model positive ways of relating to others and a strength-based approach which builds people’s capacity to navigate the NDIS system
  • We consciously choose to discover and embrace the qualities and traits that are unique about our clients
  • We understand that participants have the freedom to make mistakes, learn from them and be active decision-makers in their own lives
  • We ensure best practice and seek always to bring something of worth by balancing our duty of care with the client’s right to manage the risks in their own lives

If your desire to help others aligns with our commitment to others, then maybe you should apply for a role with us.

If you are successful in obtaining a position with Emily’s Hope, you will require a Working With Children Check (paid worker) and a NDIS Worker Screening Check (paid worker).

Please do not apply for the NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to being offered a position, as your application fee is non-refundable if you are not successful.
